My name is Tess and I’m a registered clinical counsellor and registered social worker based in Nanaimo, BC.

People seek counselling for many reasons, sometimes with a clear concern or pain point, other times just yearning to connect and explore. Often, people describe feeling stuck - in a problem, feeling, relationship, or a general sense of “stuckness” in life.
